When I began working as the new Library Director at the Brockton Public Library in March, 2004, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that our Saturday afternoon Brockton Library Poetry Series programs were "standing room only," filled with poets and poetry lovers.
I learned that this success was due in large part to the leadership of Philip Hasouris, Frank Miller, and Arnold C. Arnie Danielson...
Together we seek to bring together poets, poetry lovers, and people who believe in the future of this community and to entice poets of major stature to come to Brockton...
